Here at Maitland Roberts, we make beautiful, bespoke, hand-crafted furniture that will last for generations.
BESPOKE
Bespoke is a word that is often interpreted as simply fitting a space. We believe that it can be so much more. We would liken it to the process that a bespoke tailor from Saville Row would use to make a suit.
This would involve a deep understanding of the clients’ requirements, a careful selection of the appropriate materials, the considered choice of the best (sometimes unique) construction techniques and the utmost sensitivity when it comes to the fitting.
If all these steps are taken then we should arrive at the ultimate goal of a delighted customer.
CRAFTMANSHIP
Made with creativity, passion and an eye for detail, selection of the finest materials available then hand crafted to the highest possible standard using a considered blend of modern and traditional furniture making techniques.
We create pieces for every room in the house and even some houses that float (yachts!).
